I have been practising as an RMT for over 18 years. As the owner/founder of Synergy Massage Therapy, I am proud of how this company has flourished in this all community. It is a true testament to the growing awareness and necessity for this profession in our area.
Previous to Massage Therapy, I studied Physical and Health Education at the University of Toronto. While at University, I competed at an elite level in Volleyball, representing not only the varsity team, but Team Ontario, and Ontario's Canada Games team, competing both nationally and internationally.
I feel I bring a wide scope of knowledge to this business with my background in health, fitness, and nutrition. I use my previous education and athletic experience, combined with my knowledge of massage, to facilitate the massage for my clients. It is always my goal to work with my clients needs first to find the treatment plan best suited to their health care need.
